1. What materials do you use?
The timber we use is beautiful bamboo. It is recyclable and a lovely timber with its natural and unique wood grains. We sand it to a smooth finish and leave it in it's raw state. It can be painted with acrylic paint if you wish to DIY. We do not use vaneer.
Our acrylic is 100% recyclable and is colour fast and designed not to fade. It can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth.
2. How long will it take to get my order?
We make everything here in our home in Melbourne, Australia. Our processing time is usually within a few days, but to be safe, we say within 5 business days. All our orders come with tracking and you will be provided with your tracking number as soon as your order is in the mail. Express post is an option at checkout.
3. When should I order for Christmas?
NOW! Well, as soon as possible would be great! We get extremely busy from September-December and the closer we get to Christmas, the longer our processing time will be. Around October, we will be increasing our processing time to approximately 2 weeks as we get a huge influx of orders.
4. Do you send overseas?
Currently, we send within Australia and to the USA (both with tracked post)
5. Can I have whatever I like written on my item?
Usually, no. What you see in the product photos is what you can order. We often can't fit a lot of writing or phrases onto our products. If you want to check with us, please send an email firstname.lastname@example.org
6. Do you make custom products?
At the moment, due to our workload we are not taking on any custom work outside of what we have listed in our shop.
